Merit Badge Meeting The next merit badge meeting will be held Thursday, March 4th, at the Elks (where we hold regular troop meetings), see times below for specific badge times: 6-7 pm - Communication and Public Speaking badges (if you missed a meeting be prepared to give your speech for credit). Also, those working on communications need to bring in worksheet showing what you have written about from either a public meeting or debate. Also, don't forget your flyer or poster about "Fun at Summer Camp." 7-7:30 pm - Journalism, Reading, American Culture, Crime Prevention, and Citizenship in the World. Note: for those working on the crime prevention badge: bring in one newspaper or internet article about crime for discussion and complete the home security survey at the back of the worksheet for credit.
