What is a Class A uniform?
A Class A uniform consists of a Boy Scout shirt, pants or shorts, belt, socks, Troop 30 neckerchief with slide, and optional Boy Scout hat.
What is a Class B uniform?
A Class B uniform consists of a Boy Scout T-shirt (i.e. Troop 30 T-shirt, Summer Camp T-shirt, or other Boy Scout related T-shirt), pants or shorts, belt, and socks.
Where can I buy the different
parts of the uniform?
You can find the Boy Scout shirt, pants, shorts, socks and hat at the Scout Store in Middleton.
How can I get a Troop 30
T-shirt?
Class B Troop 30 T-shirt's are in the office. Please see a brown shirt or committee member to purchase.
Does the troop have a supply
of any part of the Class A uniform?
Not all the time since our supply comes from the older scouts in the troop who have donate their old uniforms.
Where do you place the
Billerica Mass. patch on the uniform?
The Billerica Mass. patch is placed where the council patch is usually put on the uniform.
If I need patches to put
on a second shirt where can I get them?
You can get more patches from Mr. Carson. In fact he is the only person who has the Billerica, Mass. patches.
Where do you place the
patches on the uniform?
You can find out where the patches should be placed on the uniform by looking at the front and back inside cover of the Boy Scout Handbook.
