Answers Who do I go to for a Scoutmaster Conference? You should see the Scoutmaster. Who do I go to, to schedule a Board of Review? You should see or contact Mr. Carson the Advancement Chairman. If I cannot make it to a meeting who do I contact? You should call and tell your patrol leader or if you are the patrol leader you should call your assistant. Also if you are suppose to be running the meeting you should contact the other people you are working with to let them know you will not be at the meeting. If school is canceled is the troop meeting also canceled? Yes Does the troop meet during school vacations? Yes, with one exception being Christmas Vacation. When and where does the troop committee meet?
